About the role
The Customer Care Advisor is the first point of contact for our customers. You will use your customer service expertise and rapport building skills to put the customer at ease, show you understand their story and clearly explain the Capital S.M.A.R.T difference, instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. This role will be based at our Moorebank site however you must be happy to travel to other sites in the local area when required.
Hours are part time - rotating from week to week. One week you will work 7am to 12pm. The next week you will work 12pm to 5pm with flexibility required at times.
