We are seeking a result focused customer service professional to join us at our site in Holden Hill in a job share capacity.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers in this fast paced front of house role. You will use your previous customer service expertise and rapport building skills to put the customer at ease, show you understand their story and clearly explain the S.M.A.R.T difference, instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.
This is a job share role and your days of work will be Thursday and Friday. The hours would be rotating slightly from week to week. One week you would work 7am to 3pm. The next week would be 9am to 5pm.
We are seeking someone who

- Is organised and has exceptional time management skills
- Can build rapport in person as well as over the phone
